Pavilion Program - Week One

The World Climate Action Summit convenes heads of state and government, alongside leaders from civil society, business, youth, Indigenous Peoples’ organizations, frontline communities, science, and other sectors to discuss concrete actions and plans aimed at scaling climate action. The summit serves as an important platform for major announcements and is intended to provide momentum and guidance to the remainder of COP28.

The United Nations Framework on Climate Change will be celebrating the national day of the United Arab Emirates.
The High-Level Summit of the G77& China Summit will invite member states of the group to unpack and collaborate on important issues concerning advancing the global south’s position during climate negotiations that will take place during the COP28.

This panel focuses on the potential of green hydrogen production and export in Namibia. It examines the country’s renewable energy resources, technological advancements, and the economic and environmental benefits of green hydrogen.
